Soothing Yin Yoga
A gentle class by candlelight - nourishing Yin yoga works on the deeper layers of the body: the connective tissue, fascia and ligaments, and stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, helping to aid relaxation, reduce tension and improve mobility. I draw on breathwork and mindfulness techniques, along with essential oils and music to match the mood, to help you release any physical or mental stress so you truly unwind.
Dynamic Hatha Yoga
A balanced class that links breath and movement to cultivate strength, flexibility and balance and to empower you with strength and confidence. Adapted to your skill level with modifications, the class will tone your body and discipline your mind and leave you feeling strong yet calm. A playful 60-minute practice.
Foundations of Yoga
Ideal for those starting their yoga journey or wanting to refine the basics. This 6-week programme of 60-minute classes covers:
The foundation asanas (postures)
The transformative power of breathwork (pranayama)
Developing a sun salutation sequence, an all-rounder for strength and flexibility
Understanding safe alignment and mind-body healing therapy
A taster of yogic philosophy as a tool for personal growth
Mindfulness of body, mind and breath
Basic meditation techniques
This course will develop confidence in joining weekly classes and give you a firm foundation for your personal practice.
Private 1:1 Sessions
Yoga was traditionally taught by one teacher to one student. Within a safe and nurturing space, a private session allows you to work at your own pace, with a practice adapted to your individual needs and goals, and with personal attention.
